What is Apollo Travel WiFi?

Apollo Travel WiFi is a mobile WiFi hotspot with a built-in power bank that gives travelers access to the Internet in more than 130 countries. The service connects to the mobile data network of the country you are visiting and because of the CloudSIM technology, there is no need to change devices or SIM cards, specially if you are traveling across several countries.

How many devices can I connect to Apollo Travel WiFi?

You can connect as many as 5 smartphones, laptops or tablets to the device.

How much data allowance do I get from renting Apollo Travel WiFi?

It depends on the country you will be visiting. We have countries that do not have data caps and other countries would have 500MB or 1GB data allowance. If you exceed the data allowance, the speed will throttle down but will still be fast enough to use navigation and messaging applications. You will receive a fresh data allowance at 12MN Philippine Standard Time. For more info, please visit our home page.

Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila?

Yes, we deliver outside Metro Manila. The P300 fee already includes the Delivery and Pickup of the device when you return from your trip. Please book at least 6 business days prior to your flight to ensure that you receive your device early.

When will I receive my device?

We deliver your device to your address between 1 and 2 business days prior to your departure date. A member of our Customer Experience team will get in touch with you to coordinate the delivery.

Do you require a minimum number of rental days to avail of Apollo Travel WiFi?

We do not require a minimum number of rental days.

How will I be charged if I were to visit more than one country on the same day?

You will be charged the higher rate of the countries you will be visiting. As an added info, most countries in the same region are charged the same rate.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit/debit card payments and Payment on Delivery.

Can I change the details in the booking form after I placed my order?

Yes you may. Please contact our customer experience team at (02)7256767 or you may send us a message through our FB messenger

Can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking 5 days before your departure date, no questions asked. For cancellations less than 5 days before your departure date, a nominal fee may apply. If the device has already been delivered and you request a cancellation, a P200 pick-up fee will apply on top of the cancellation fee.

When can I start using Apollo Travel WiFi?

You can enjoy first class internet service using your Apollo Travel WiFi as soon as you arrive in your country of destination. Switch on the device, find the device name on your smartphone, tablet or laptop and enter the password shown on the LED screen of the device and connect.

Where is the pick-up location? How do I return the device after my trip?

We treat our customers like first-class passengers. Our in-house courier will take care of the delivery before your date of departure and also pick up the device within 3 business days from your date of arrival.

How do I get my deposit back?

Once we receive the device in good working condition, we will credit back the amount to your credit/debit card or deposit to your bank account within 5 business days.
